Following a consultation, I will create a custom 6-week exercise plan, with nutritional advice. 1-to-1 training sessions will be scheduled, targeting key areas of the body.

Support & Review
I will guide and support you through your fitness journey and regularly review your progress to help you achieve your fitness goals.
