Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Nutritional guidance and a personalised diet plan is incorporated within the 6 week 1-to-1 personal training. This is to fully support you to reach your goals with maximum results. My role is to continually assist you, offering advice and guidance by providing tools such as a nutritional shopping list, menu ideas and being mindful of eating habits. Exercise plans will offer sometimes new and varied workouts to target focused areas.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

If you have been to one of my classes you will be familiar with dumbbells, kettlebells, skipping rope, medicine balls and resistance bands. If you wanted to invest in equipment to use at home, choose equipment which you enjoy using as this will motivate you in your fitness journey. If you are on a budget you could improvise by using a baked bean tin as a dumbbell or a water bottle as a kettlebell. There are also endless exercises you can do using your body weight alone!

How do I book a class?

Booking a class can be done easily online via the Book Online Page. Select Fitness Class, choose the date you would like to attend and simply pay online.
